Gentle Grooming for Puppies and Sensitive Pets
Each visit begins with a temperament and history inquiry so the groom can be planned around your pet's comfort, coat condition, and handling needs. We explain the likely scope before we begin and keep the session practical and realistic.
For puppies, the first grooming visit is an introductory session designed to build familiarity with the studio, tools, and routine. It is not a full groom, and the length of the visit depends on how your puppy settles and what can be done safely.
Calm sessions, clear guidance, and careful handling at every step.
Furry Haven offers private grooming appointments in Bibinje for young pets and dogs that need a slower, more reassuring approach.
For sensitive pets, we use a stage-by-stage approach with quiet arrival, gentle handling, and pauses when needed. If a pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern, the session may be shortened, adjusted, paused, or stopped.
If matting or coat condition makes the requested finish uncomfortable or impractical, a shorter practical result may be recommended. Any change to the agreed groom is discussed before it is made, so you know what to expect throughout the appointment.
