Furry Haven was created to offer a quieter alternative to busy grooming settings. The studio model keeps distractions low and helps each pet settle in without the pressure of a shared waiting area.

For puppies and sensitive dogs, we use a staged approach that can include a familiarization session, a short comfort-led groom, or a structured grooming plan with regular follow-up visits.

If a pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern, the session may be shortened, adjusted, paused, or stopped. The goal is always a safe and respectful grooming experience.

Comfort-led grooming

Puppy visits and sensitive-pet grooms are built in stages. We can pause or adjust the plan if needed, and a shorter practical finish may be recommended when matting or comfort requires it.

Clear handover

We explain the agreed groom clearly and ask for approval before changing the scope. After collection, you receive a simple handover so you know what was done and what to watch next.
